Remembering the great days of Max Power magazine can only ever be fun! Max Power magazine designed a feature called “Lambo to the slaughter” where several highly modified road cars took on the Lambo in a test of power.

When you look through the photos and see a Ford Fiesta, Vauxhall Nova, Vauxhall Corsa and Peugeot 205, don’t assume the Lambo has it in the bag. These vehicles were hand picked by Max Power to give the Lambo and run for its money and were no way standard. These heavily modified cars were ready to fight.

The most impressively modified car there would have to be the Ford Fiesta. As it arrived on the trailer and a quick look through the window we already knew this was something special. Once it had been started the noise alone was outstanding and as the Ford Fiesta moved into position you knew something terrifying was about to happen. That it did!
