We only accept orders and payments in GBP. If you are located outside the UK your payment will be converted by our payment provider into GBP. This conversion will change daily and is based on market rates outside of our control. The amount paid and cleared must match our invoice in GBP only. The invoice can not be processed if the amount is not correct.
We must stress that if an exchange/partial refund/refund is processed, the amount processed will also be in GBP to match the amount invoiced. The amount received in return may differ to your original payment due to the fluctuations in market exchange rates which is set by the payment provider. This is noted within our full terms and conditions and the difference in non-GBP can not be reconciled as refunds can only be up to 100% total of the original payment in our primary currency.Â
