Specially designed for swiftly exiting the car without the danger of getting caught in other gear, the Hybrid Sport Head & Neck Restraint rests on your back and shoulders, to provide enhanced comfort and maneuverability, instead of over the chest or collarbone which is commonly used with more traditional HANS devices. This Hybrid Pro Rage model is manufactured from composite materials to create a durable and protective device at an affordable price.
This product is supplied ready to fit your existing FIA HANS posts, however, it can be provided with optional M61 quick-release tethers which are fitted in place of your original HANS posts.
Variation:
Standard HANS Posts – This option enables the Simpson Hybrid Sport Head & Neck Restraint to be used with helmets that have standard fitment HANS anchors already fitted. Approved for helmets maintaining the FIA 8858-2002 / FIA 8858-2010 standard or higher.
Sizing:
The Simpson Hybrid Sport Head & Neck Restraint size that you require will vary depending on the circumference of your chest whilst wearing all racewear needed in a motorsport event. All measurements should be taken in centimeters from below your chest muscles to obtain an accurate reading.
