The only helmet to pass the FIA 8860-2018 ABP (Advanced Ballistic Protection) standard. The ‘Zero’ version of the ST5 FN is constructed from high tensile autoclaved carbon fibre, resulting in a helmet that is both incredibly strong and ultra-lightweight and includes a reinforced section above the visor port. Due to this, the requirement for an additional Zylon visor panel has been removed. The use of high tensile carbon, and the very best building techniques (autoclave moulding), together with the use of EPS (expandable polystyrene), combine to achieve an exceptionally lightweight helmet with the highest safety standards. Designed for racing in top-level open-top cars the helmet comes as standard with a full visor.
