The Stilo ST5 range has been developed further and features a new more compact shell, which is lighter and smaller, yet through clever design and the use of the latest materials, can accommodate larger head sizes. The new shell is more aerodynamic, has even better ventilation, a visor that lifts fully out of the line of sight, with a new locking clasp that can be operated single-handed, The Stilo ST5 really does set the benchmark for all helmets. The shell is manufactured from a Kevlar MSF (Multi Sandwich Fibre), then lined with an EPS (expandable polystyrene) material and finished with a Nomex lining. The resultant lightweight helmet meets all the most stringent safety standards.
The ST5 R Composite rally helmet is ideal for motorsport events where an intercom communication system is required, and due to its high levels of protection, this helmet has surpassed the regulations set by the FIA 8859-2015 standard meaning this helmet can be used in almost any motorsport event. The helmet is fitted with the Stilo WRC intercom system which includes a fully integrated plug, a noise-cancelling microphone, and speakers that are built into noise-attenuating ear muffs. This means you will have clear communication during heated competition, allowing you to concentrate and perform at a higher level. The ST5 R comes as standard with an adjustable short sun visor, providing excellent protection from sun glare on bright days.
