Which FIA approval does each Stealth RF use?

The FIA records the two Stealth RF models separately in Technical List 107. The standard Stealth RF uses homologation number PH.002.24-C. The Stealth RF Carbon uses PH.012.24-C. Both entries cover sizes 53 through 62 and are listed to FIA 8859-2024.

An FIA listing does not mean that one helmet is accepted in every championship or at every event. Check the current regulations for your series and inspect the homologation label on the helmet. The FIA also states that the product label determines validity; a technical-list end date is the latest manufacturing date, not a universal expiry date for every helmet already made.

Stealth RF or Stealth RF Carbon?

Start with the approval required by your event, then compare the two live product pages. They are separate FIA-homologated models with different homologation numbers. The standard listing offers the regular Stealth RF range, while the Carbon listing is the carbon-shell model. Sparco Stealth RF size guide

Sparco's published helmet chart maps the labelled sizes to head circumference as follows. Measure around the widest part of the head, above the eyebrows and ears, and keep the tape level. Treat the measurement as a starting point: head shape, lining contact and the exact helmet shell also affect fit.

A correctly fitted helmet should feel evenly secure without a local pressure point. It should not rotate freely when you move it with the strap fastened. If you are between sizes or unsure about head shape, a showroom fitting is safer than choosing from the circumference figure alone.

Colours, lining and compatible accessories

Sparco's authorised product information lists black and white shell choices for the standard model, with black or red lining combinations. The Carbon model has its own live choices. Compatible visor and accessory references also depend on the exact model, so match accessories to the product code rather than relying on appearance.

What should you check before buying?

1. Confirm the helmet standard required by your championship, organiser or venue.
2. Match the model and homologation number to the FIA record and the label fitted to the helmet.
3. Measure your head and select a starting size from the published chart.
