The Complete BC Racing Coilover Guide for Mercedes
Mercedes on our BC Racing range splits in a way most makes don’t. Order for a C-Class and there’s a real choice of series. Order almost anything else wearing a three-pointed star and you’re getting BR, full stop.
We carry 68 BC Racing fitments for Mercedes across 52 models, from the W201 190E through to the current W206 C-Class and W214 E-Class. It’s the sixth largest range we stock BC Racing for, and it’s deep enough that chassis code matters more than the model name on the badge.

Every Mercedes fitment in the BC Racing range, by chassis code
Which series a Mercedes actually gets
BR sits under every one of the 68 fitments, so it’s the starting point whatever you drive. RM, the inverted strut option, turns up on 16 of them, mostly the compact front-drive-based cars (A-Class, B-Class, CLA, GLA) plus a handful of older CLS and E-Class variants.
ER and ZX, BC’s two series with separate rebound and compression adjustment for fine-tuning between track sessions, only show up on C-Class. Six listings each, spanning the W204, W205 and W206 generations plus their AMG variants (C63 and C63 S). No other Mercedes line in our range gets either one, and HM and ZR don’t appear on a single Mercedes fitment. The table below shows it line by line.
Every chassis we cover
C-Class and E-Class between them account for 35 of the 68 listings, and both names get reused across generations that need completely different kits: E-Class alone spans the W210, W211, W212, W213 and W214 sedans plus the W211K, S212 and S213 wagons. Chassis code is what actually tells you which kit is right, not the model year on its own. The full breakdown is below, grouped by line.
What to check before you order
A few Mercedes fitments carry notes worth reading properly before you buy. Several E-Class and CLS listings are marked “Air To Coil” or “With Airmatic”, meaning the car left the factory on air suspension and the kit replaces it with a conventional coilover setup. The E-Classs Wagon on the S212 chassis is flagged “Air Suspension” for the same reason.
The A-Class splits by rear axle: “Torsion Rear Beam” and “Multi-Link” are two different rear ends on the same W177 chassis, and they need different kits, so check which your car has before ordering. On the early W211 E-Class and E55 AMG, some listings are marked “Must Change Rear Lower Arm”, an extra part needed alongside the coilover, and the older E55 AMG on the W210 is listed “Exc. Sls”, meaning it doesn’t cover cars fitted with the factory self-levelling suspension.
Drive type matters too. Several C-Class and E-Class generations list RWD and AWD as separate SKUs on the same chassis code (the W205 C-Class and W213 E-Class both do this), so check which you’re driving before you order.
C-Class: the only line with ER and ZX
All 16 C-Class fitments we carry, across the W203 through W206 generations and the C43, C63 and C63 S AMG variants. This is the one Mercedes line where BR, ER and ZX are all on the table, not just BR.
E-Class, chassis code by chassis code
One fitment from each E-Class generation we stock, W210 through W214, plus the wagon-specific S212 and S213 codes. It’s the deepest single Mercedes line in the range by fitment count, all of it on BR. The full E-Class list, all 19 fitments, is in the table above.

Final thoughts
If you’re not sure which chassis code your Mercedes is on, it’s usually on the build plate or in the vehicle handbook, and it’s worth checking against the table above before you order rather than after. Every fitment here is checked live against stock.
