Three kinds of upgrade, and they are not interchangeable.
01Big brake kits
Full conversions: new calipers, discs, bells, lines and brackets as one vehicle specific package. This is the route when the standard setup is out of its depth rather than merely tired, and it is most of the catalogue.
02Big disc kits
Larger discs on the original calipers. Cheaper, less involved, and genuinely enough for a lot of fast road cars and the occasional track day. Worth asking about before you commit to a full conversion.
03Bespoke brake discs
Made to your specification where nothing off the shelf fits. Usually the answer on older, rarer or heavily modified cars where the standard fitment charts have simply run out.

Why are the brakes on a different website?▾
A brake kit is chosen by vehicle, caliper size and disc diameter. A bucket seat is chosen by mounting type, waist size and FIA dating. Those filters have nothing in common, and with over 14,000 products across our three stores, one catalogue trying to do all of it would need a filter list nobody could read.
How do I know what fits my car?▾
Start from the car rather than the brand. The catalogue is organised by make and model first, across 47 makes. Wheel clearance is what catches people out most often, so tell us the car, the year, the wheel size and what you use it for.
Do you fit the kits?▾
No. We supply rather than fit. We will confirm what suits the car, what clearance you need and what else has to change, then you or your garage do the install.
Can I see a kit before I buy?▾
Yes, there are big brake kits on display in the Nottinghamshire showroom, which is more useful than it sounds when you are trying to picture a 356mm disc behind an 18 inch wheel. By appointment, Monday to Friday.
Are the kits returnable?▾
Mostly not. Big brake kits are largely built to order because they are vehicle specific, which is why fitment needs confirming before you commit. Ring us if there is any doubt.
