What is in the kit
This is a complete Brembo kit that converts both front hubs. Each side has a red four-piston caliper and a 330 x 28mm cross-drilled disc, with high-performance pads, braided brake lines, an adapter bracket and the fixings.
The discs use Brembo's own venting design for cooling, and the drilled face helps clear heat, dust and gases from between the pad and the disc.
Which cars it is for
Our listing gives the kit for the VW Golf Mk5 and Golf GTI Mk5, the Golf Mk6 and the 2012 to 2019 Beetle Turbo. Brake kits depend on the exact car, hub and wheel size, so we always check a kit against the vehicle before it goes out. Garreth’s advice is to send us the registration and wheel size first.
Brembo designs these kits to fit the car’s original setup and to work with the OE parts and the anti-lock braking system. Most Brembo kits of this type replace the front brakes only. For a matched look at the rear, Brembo sport discs can replace the standard rear discs.
