MOMO now build four steering wheels for the Logitech G RS Wheel Hub: the Sim GT 320, the Sim GT-Racer 290, the Sim GT-Pro 320 and the GT-Pro 320 Tracks. Handmade in Italy on the same frames as their road and race wheels. What each one is, the numbers, and which to choose.
The wheel itself isn’t the problem. What usually makes an aftermarket steering wheel a legal issue on a road car is the airbag it doesn’t have, and whether you told your insurer.
MOMO have announced the Prototipo Desert for 2026, a 350mm Prototipo in Sahara vintage leather with dark brown anodised spokes and parallel sand stitching. Full specification, our price, MOMO’s own photography and how it compares with the rest of the Prototipo range.
The Stilo Venti4 Trophy Jet and Trophy Plus Rally both carry FIA 8859-2024 and Snell SA2025, the newest approvals available. With Snell SA2015 helmets expiring at the end of 2026, Cameron looks at both, plus the new DG-20 Raid amplifier and the adaptor lead you cannot run it without.
On a Seat the airbag decides the hub. The Arosa, Ibiza and Toledo each have separate airbag and non-airbag listings. Here is the full range.
Not sure what fits, which approval you need, or what to choose next? Ask Garreth and Cameron. You’ll get a practical answer from people who handle the kit every day.
