The engineers at Lotus have recently redesigned the Lotus Exige to create the menacing Lotus Exige Cup 380!
By adding a motorsport-spec diffuser, splitter and spoiler to the bodywork, the Exige Cup 380 is granted a 43% increase in downforce over the original model. This results in over 200kg of downforce acting on the vehicle when driving at its top speed of 175mph.
With the side intakes, engine cover and interior trim all manufactured from carbon fibre, as well as other lightweight options selected such as a titanium exhaust, the Exige Cup 380 weighs an incredibly light 1,057kg.
Fueled by a feisty 3.5-litre supercharged V6 engine capable of producing 375bhp, this Lotus will do 0-60mph in just under 3.4 seconds!
Only 60 units are being made in total, so they’ll be quite a rarity on the roads & tracks. We’re certain that the few lucky owners over a Lotus Exige Cup 380 won’t be disappointed.
