Recently, the brand-new 2017 Honda Civic Type-R set a new Nürburgring record, proving to everyone the sheer power of Honda’s latest track & street hatchback.
There’s not long left to wait until it’s available in July, as such, Honda has revealed that the new Civic Type-R will start from £30,995 at launch, which is only £795 more than the current Civic Type-R (making it a fantastic price if you ask us).
The Civic Type-R GT will be available from £32,995, just £495 more than its predecessor, and includes enhanced features, such as advanced navigation, a premium sound system, blind-spot monitoring & many more luxuries.
Its closest competitors, the Ford Focus RS & the Volkswagen Golf R, are both more expensive than the base Civic Type-R, with the Focus RS starting at £32,265 & the Golf R starting at £32,695.
