The New Honda Civic Type-R’s Nürburgring Record

The new Honda Civic Type-R that we reported on a while back has recently broken a Nürburgring record.

Now crowned as the fastest front-wheel-drive car to lap the Nordschleife, the 2017 Honda Civic Type-R beats the previous fastest time set by the Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport S by over three seconds!

Clocking in at 7 minutes & 43.8 seconds, the Honda Civic Type-R demonstrates its track dominance around the 12.9-mile long German circuit. Check out the full lap in Honda’s official video below.

					Bought some OMP bucket seat sidemounts to fit onto my subframe. They were the cheapest supplier for the mount and the free delivery made the deal even better! Postage was quick and communication was fantastic.

					Fantastic service from the guys at GSM. I bought a sabelt gt2 seat then changed my mind and had a Micro RS2 and they couldn't of been more accommodating. I will definetly be back for more bits for my clio 200. Thanks again fellas
