New MOMO Pro Nomex Balaclava Now Available
MOMO has just released their new balaclava for 2023, and is now available on our website. Its an open face balaclava that comes in either black or white with one size that fits all. A flat-seam stitch pattern is used on this balaclava to minimise pressure points for improved driver comfort. The new MOMO balaclava is FIA approved and can be used in any motorsport event with open and closed face helmets.

This balaclava features a single eye-opening, the MOMO PRO nomex balaclava offers protection from direct heat and thermal transfer as well as additional protection from smoke and fume inhalation. It’s very lightweight as it uses 180-gram soft-knit aramid fabric with the MOMO Pro Nomex line, this base layer provides better moisture-wicking and breathability, essential qualities for drivers competing in all types of racing.
Whats New At GSM Performance?
Brand new for 2023, the Sparco RW-10 Shield Pro and RW-11 Evo are lightweight balaclavas constructed using a combination of lightweight, technical fabrics, to create a balaclava that offers excellent levels of protection against heat and flames, in accordance with the latest and most stringent FIA 8856-2018 approval. These balaclavas use an ultra-flat seam construction to reduce pressure points and provide increased levels of comfort, whilst also reducing fatigue. Sparco’s patented “X-Cool treatment” is used on the balaclavas material, providing a cooling sensation on the skin, giving you the edge over the competition, as you’ll be able to keep a cool head and perform to the highest standard without losing concentration.
