Sparco's 2025 race gloves are on the site now: the Land, the Land+, the new Land Classic and the top of the range Tide+. Every one of them is approved to FIA 8856-2018, the current standard for racewear.

The 2025 Sparco glove range
The four gloves cover the ground from a first set of approved racewear to a top level glove for a driver who does a lot of miles. All four carry the FIA 8856-2018 label, so the choice between them comes down to fit, grip and feel, not whether they are legal to race in.
The Land, Land+ and Land Classic are also certified to SFI 3.3/5, which is handy for anyone who competes in a series that asks for the American standard as well.

Land, Land+ and Land Classic
The Land is Sparco’s entry into approved race gloves. The shell is a single panel of aramid, which keeps the glove thin and flexible, and suede reinforcements run across the palm and under the fingers where the hand meets the wheel. It is a glove for feel more than padding.
The Land+ keeps the same light build and adds extra grip detail on the palm and fingertips. The Land Classic is new for 2025 and uses the same single panel aramid construction and suede palm, with an elasticated cuff and a classic Sparco logo badge that suits an older car and a period style suit.
Garreth's advice with any race glove is to go for a snug fit. A glove that is loose at the fingertips bunches up on the rim and takes away the feel you are paying for. A glove that is a touch tight when new will ease a little with wear.

The Tide+
The Tide+ sits at the top of the 2025 range. Its palm uses Sparco’s 3D HTX material, which is there for grip and to take some of the vibration out of the wheel on a long run. The fingers are pre-curved, the seams are on the outside so they do not press into the hand, and there is padding over the knuckles for tight cockpits.
There are touchscreen pads on the thumb and forefinger too, so a driver can use a phone or a data screen without taking the gloves off.

Of the four, the Sparco Land is the one we are stocking and displaying in the showroom for 2025. We are carrying it in black, in a spread of sizes, so a driver can come in before the season starts and try the fit and the feel on the wheel in person.
