Please remember the importance of opening the box the seats are delivered in with great care. The seats inside are made from fabric/vinyl/leather which can be easily snagged when opening the packaging and boxes with scissors, knifes are sharp objects. This may leave your seat with a small tear or mark which is NOT covered by warranty.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN UN-WRAPPING YOUR NEW SEATS
ALL seats are quality controlled and checked before they are packaged. The seats are then heavily packaged by distribution and at no part of the process are any sharp blades or items used to ensure the seats remain in perfect condition. Due to the type of packaging used on most seats its almost impossible for tears of this nature to happen during transit. We will not replace the seat nor allow it to be returned as it will be down to the way its been opened and the packaging has been removed.
We must stress, PLEASE TAKE CARE OPENING YOUR SEATS.
All distributors from Sparco/OMP/Corbeau and Cobra have adopted the same policy unless the items have been signed for as damaged on delivery and there is clear damage to the box caused during transit and delivery.
