The Arai GP-7 SRC Carbon is an ultra-lightweight helmet made using a very strong, hand-laid carbon fibre. The SRC (Super Racing Carbon) construction separates this helmet from others, as the carbon used in the GP-7 SRC is specially designed to flex without splintering. Any flex in the outer is transferred to the multi-density inner shell which dissipates impact energy. This helmet provides exceptional protection for the wearer; it would be hard to find another helmet that provides as much reassurance and protection as the GP-7 SRC.
This helmet is designed to accommodate an FHR device, and is also fully compliant with the latest and most stringent FIA 8860-2018 standard, meaning this helmet can be used in almost any motorsport event. The visor system is controlled using a simple, yet effective lever, even when in confined cockpits, you won’t struggle to adjust your visor.
