The ST5F N KRT is a kart-specific helmet that is lightweight, and comfortable and has a visor that provides an excellent field of view. This helmet is based on the popular ST5F N helmet and uses many of the features that made the previous model so popular amongst drivers; showcasing a lighter, smaller shell, increased visibility due to the expanded field of vision provided by the visor, which can be lifted fully out of the line of sight, exceptional comfort, improved aerodynamics, and a visor locking clasp which can be operated easily with just one hand. The large-size helmet has been adapted and now utilises a smaller shell size, making the helmet more accessible to a wider range of competitors as they can fit into the smaller and lighter shell.
This helmet comes without side ports and fitted microphones/electronics; the result of this is a helmet that offers a sleeker, more aerodynamic profile. The helmet lining on the inside of the helmet is not fireproof, similar to the ST5 CMR, as this is not a requirement for kart racing.
