The New Volkswagen Pikes Peak Prototype – This Month In Race Tech

This month’s issue of Race Tech features an article on the upcoming Volkswagen I.D. R, a four-wheel drive and electricity-powered prototype set to compete in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb this June.

A fusion of the Volkswagen’s electric I.D. range and the performance R range, the I.D. R will combine the best features from each to make a highly unique. We’re looking forward to seeing it in action.
