MOMO Bring Back The Corse, The Race And The GT50
New to the store: the 2025 remakes and the Legacy
If you had a MOMO Corse or a MOMO Race on a hot hatch in the 1990s, this is the post you have been waiting for. MOMO have brought both back as the Corse 2.0 and the Race 2.0, redone the GT50 as the GT50 2.0, and added a new Heritage wheel called the Legacy that is their take on the old Cavallino. We have listed all of them this week, along with three new versions of wheels we already sell.
Garreth's first reaction on seeing the Corse 2.0 was that it is the wheel off his mate's 306 GTi-6, and that is the point of it. Here is what has come back, what is actually new about each one, and the numbers.
- Corse 2.0: 350mm, 40mm dish, in black leather with red stitching or black, blue or red suede
- Race 2.0: 320mm or 350mm, 40mm dish, leather and air leather on anthracite spokes
- GT50 2.0: 350mm, 37mm dish, leather and microfibre with a carbon insert, in yellow or all black
- Legacy: 350mm, 36mm dish, round section leather rim with white stitching, in the Heritage line
- All on the 6 x 70mm MOMO pattern, so any MOMO hub kit fits. Handmade in Italy

What is on this page
Corse 2.0
The original Corse was the MOMO everyone fitted to a Peugeot, a Golf or a Clio in the 1990s, three black spokes and the red and yellow arrow in the middle. The 2.0 keeps that and changes the grip: it is shaped on the back face now, so your fingers have somewhere to sit, and the black leather version gets red parallel stitching. The bottom spoke carries a hand enamelled Corse logo and the centre ring is black.
Four finishes. Black leather, or suede in black, blue or red. The suede rims have no stitching. 350mm only, 40mm dish, 1.5kg.

The Corse 2.0 in black leather with the red stitching, and in blue suede. Same spokes, same horn button.
Race 2.0
The Race was the plainer sister of the Corse and it comes back the same way: no colour, all business. The rim mixes full leather and air leather with black stitching, the three spokes and the centre ring are anthracite, and the bottom spoke is CNC engraved RACE. The horn button is the matt black and silver arrow.
Two sizes, 320mm and 350mm, both 40mm dish. Cameron would put the 320 in a small hatch with a quick rack, where the old 350 was always brushing your legs.

GT50 2.0 and the Black Edition
The GT50 2.0 is the expensive one, and the money is in the materials. The grip is shaped and split between leather and microfibre, with a leather insert, black stitching and MOMO embroidered at 12 o’clock. There is a real carbon fibre insert in the lower spoke and a leather centre pad with the arrow button in it. The standard wheel has silver spokes and a yellow insert; the Black Edition is black on black with a matt black arrow.
350mm only, 37mm dish, 1.5kg. Garreth would spend the extra on the Black Edition in a modern car with a black interior, and on the yellow one in anything with a bit of colour in the cabin.

Legacy
The Legacy is not a remake of anything we sold; it is MOMO’s new take on the Cavallino from the 1970s, and it sits in the Heritage line next to the Prototipo Heritage and the Indy Heritage. Round section black leather rim with parallel white stitching, black anodised spokes with the Heritage emblem milled and enamelled, and a black leather horn button with the Heritage logo embossed in it. 350mm, 36mm dish.
It is the wheel for a classic with a black interior where a Prototipo looks a touch too racy. The matching gear knob is the Targa or the Trofeo in wood, which we have also added.

Three more that are new this week
Alongside the remakes, MOMO have added colour and size versions of wheels we already list. The Mod.07 now comes in blue or red microfibre with anthracite spokes and a yellow leather insert at the top, keeping its 70mm dish. The Drifting gets the same treatment, blue or red microfibre with the 90mm dish. And the Mod.08 rally wheel is now made in 330mm as well as 350mm, with black or blue spokes, which is enough to clear your legs in a car with a low seat without dropping to a 320.

You still need a hub
Every one of these bolts to a MOMO hub kit, not to the column, and the hub is vehicle specific. We list over a thousand in MOMO boss kits. Tell us the car and the year and Cameron will give you the part number, and if the car has an airbag we will talk about the resistor at the same time.
Common questions
Is the Corse 2.0 the same size as the old Corse?
It is 350mm with a 40mm dish, which is what most of the old ones were. The grip is the change: it is shaped on the back now, and the leather version is stitched in red.
Will my old MOMO hub take one of these?
Yes. They are all on the standard 6 x 70mm MOMO pattern, so a hub that took a MOMO wheel before takes these.
Which is the best value?
The Race 2.0. It is the cheapest of the remakes and it is the one with two sizes. The GT50 costs the most and you can see where the money went.
Are any of them FIA approved?
No. These are street wheels. For competition, ring us and we will point you at the right part.
Do they come with a horn button?
Yes, all of them. The Corse 2.0 has the red and yellow Corse arrow, the Race the matt black arrow, the GT50 the arrow in the leather pad and the Legacy a leather Heritage button.
Garreth or Cameron will tell you which of these suits the interior and which hub the car needs. Ring 0115 9893488.
The full specification and our price are on each product page, and the hub is the only other part you need.
