MOMO has added a new size to the Montecarlo steering wheel for 2023. Alongside the 320mm and 350mm versions there is now a 380mm, which makes the Montecarlo a sensible choice for a much wider range of cars and drivers.
The Montecarlo joined our MOMO range in 2022. It comes with blue, red or yellow stitching and a horn button to match, or all black.

The MOMO Montecarlo
The Montecarlo is a three spoke leather wheel with black aluminium spokes. The rim has a 40mm dish and an oval grip section of 28 by 32mm, which gives plenty to hold.
It is light for a road wheel. The 320mm version weighs 1.13kg, one of the lightest in MOMO's street range, and the bigger sizes add a little weight as the rim grows.
The stitching and the horn button come in blue, red or yellow, so it can be matched to the car’s interior, or kept plain black. The wheel uses the 6 x 70mm bolt pattern, which means it fits most boss kits, including quick release types.
Why a 380mm matters
A bigger wheel gives more leverage and a slower, more relaxed feel, which suits heavier cars, cars without power steering and anyone who wants the wheel to feel closer to the original size. A smaller wheel quickens the steering and frees up knee room.
With 320mm, 350mm and now 380mm, there is a Montecarlo for most cars. Garreth's advice is to measure the wheel you have now and decide whether you want to go smaller or stay close to it.

Our MOMO wheels cover a wide spread of diameters and dish depths, several materials and colours, and different fittings.
The MOMO Model 08 offers suede or leather grips and aluminium spokes, with a choice of spoke colours including black and blue. At the other end of the range are the Heritage wheels, with wooden rims, classic three spoke designs and the old style MOMO logo, which finish off a classic car with a period interior.
