The helmet connecting cable for the Stilo DG-30 Digital Intercom amplifier, part number YB0600.2.

The DG-30 uses separate cable connections to the helmets, and this cable carries both driver and co-driver connections in a single loom. It terminates with the Stilo Nexus connector at each helmet end and the DG-30 amplifier port at the other, so both occupants’ audio runs through this one cable rather than two separate runs.

The DG-30 package is built around separating components. The amplifier, the power and camera/radio loom (YB0301), and these helmet cables are each purchased separately. This means a damaged cable can be replaced without scrapping the whole system, and different cable lengths can be specified for different car builds. It also means that a complete DG-30 installation needs all three components ordered correctly from the start.

My intercom crackles or cuts out. Is a new lead the fix?
Often, yes. Leads live a hard life being trodden on and trapped in doors, and a damaged lead is the most common cause of noise or dropouts. If a replacement does not cure it, talk to us before replacing the amplifier, as it may be a connector or helmet-kit fault instead.
