New Momo Steering Wheels For 2024
Steering wheel news, August 2024
Five new MOMO steering wheels have gone on the site this summer. Two are deep dish wheels for rally and drift cars, two are small wheels for single seaters and tight cockpits, and one is a flat three spoke wheel for road and track.
They share the way MOMO builds its racing wheels: made in Italy on anticorodal aluminium frames, with the suede or leather glued to the rim, not stitched, so there is no seam under your hands.
- Five new MOMO wheels: Competition, Mod.02, Mod.03, Mod.11 and Mod.101
- Mod.02 and Mod.03: 350mm, 87mm deep dish, for rally and drift
- Mod.11: 260mm, for single seater formula cars
- Mod.101: 290mm with a flat bottom and cut-out top
- Competition: 350mm flat dish in black air leather
- Made in Italy, with the covering glued to the rim, not stitched

What is on this page
Mod.02 and Mod.03: deep dish for rally and drift
Both are two spoke, 350mm wheels with an 87mm dish, which brings the rim closer to the driver. That is what rally and drift drivers want when the wheel is moving a long way, fast. Each has a yellow leather marker at the top so you know where straight ahead is without looking.
You can have either one in black suede or black leather. The Mod.02 has plain black spokes, while the Mod.03 has slotted spokes and comes in black or blue. Both carry the MOMO Arrow logo on the horn button. Our guide to flat, semi and deep dish wheels explains what the dish changes.
Mod.11 and Mod.101: small wheels for tight cockpits
The Mod.101 is a 290mm wheel with a flat bottom, so getting in and out of a tight car is easier, and a cut-out top so the dash stays in view. MOMO lists it for single seaters, sports prototypes and simulators. It is black suede on black spokes with an undrilled centre.
The Mod.11 is smaller again at 260mm, built for single seater formula cars. It has a full round rim in black suede, black spokes with a solid centre and the yellow MOMO logo.

The MOMO Competition
The Competition is the one for a road car or track day car. It is a 350mm flat dish, three spoke wheel with a black air leather grip, a matt black centre ring, black aluminium spokes and a black MOMO Arrow horn push.
Whichever wheel you choose, it needs the right hub or boss kit for the car. Garreth’s advice is to send us the make, model and year before ordering so we can check the fitting. If the car is for the road, read our note on aftermarket wheels on UK roads first.

We keep MOMO wheels on display in the showroom, so you can hold one before you buy, and the rest of the MOMO range, from the Model 07 and 08 to the Heritage wood rim wheels, is on the site.
