Bilstein B14 47-110267 is a height-adjustable suspension kit for the application below. The B14 dampers use fixed damping; there is no damping-adjustment dial.

Vehicle application

Mazda RX-8 (SE / FE; retailer designation SE17), 1.3-litre twin-rotor engine. Listed outputs: 141, 158, 170 and 177 kW. Manufacturer application span: October 2003 to June 2012.

Ride height and axle limits

  • Front lowering: approximately 30-50 mm
  • Rear lowering: approximately 30-50 mm
  • Maximum front axle rating: 860 kg
  • Maximum rear axle rating: 1,030 kg

Lowering is relative to the specified original suspension, not an absolute ground-clearance measurement. Check the vehicle identification plate and original suspension before ordering.

Fitting conditions

  • Use the part-specific installation and approval documents. Check wheel and tyre clearance throughout the permitted adjustment range.
  • Have wheel alignment checked after fitting.
