The Anatomico is MOMO’s leather gear knob, shaped to the hand rather than to a sphere. Top grain black leather with black stitching, a black collar and the MOMO arrow embossed in the top. Two heights: the Short is 75mm tall on a 55mm insert, the Long is 100mm tall on a 70mm insert. Both are 55mm across.

It fits with the MOMO gear knob fitting kit, which is supplied with the knob and covers the common thread sizes. Standard shift cars only; a lift reverse gearbox needs the lift reverse kit.
