It folds flat, which is the whole idea
A rigid helmet box protects well and then takes up the same space in your garage or van for the other fifty weeks of the year. This one collapses when it is empty.
If you travel to events and store kit in a small space, that is a genuine advantage over a hard case.
Two helmets
Two separate compartments, so they are not knocking against each other in transit. Driver and co-driver, or a spare, or two helmets in a household that shares a car.
Fabric rather than hard shell
Be clear about the trade. Sturdy fabric protects against knocks and scuffs and keeps the helmets together. It will not take a heavy object dropped on it the way a hard case would. For transport and storage it is the right answer; as crush protection under a pile of wheels it is not.

Helmet parts are specific to the model and often the visor system, so check the product title against your lid, and if in doubt tell us exactly which helmet you have and we will confirm the right part.
