The Complete B-G and MOMO Citroen Steering Wheel Hub Guide
Six part codes in this guide also cover a Peugeot. MK6826R fits the 206, MK6828R fits the 207, 307 and 1007, MC6822 fits the 106, 306 and Partner, and BG8233 fits the 208. Citroen and Peugeot have been the PSA group together since 1976, and it shows in the hub catalogue more than almost anywhere else we cover. BG8159, the C1 hub, also fits the Toyota Aygo and Peugeot 107, because all three were one joint design built at the same factory in the Czech Republic.
This guide covers 38 boss kits across Citroen. I am Cameron, and I look after the steering wheel side of things at GSM Performance.
Which boss kit fits your car
An aftermarket wheel will not bolt onto a Citroen column on its own. The boss kit bridges the two, machined to match the spline count and column depth of your specific model and year. The table below is grouped by part number so you can see which listings cross into Peugeot, Fiat and Toyota.
| Model | Part code | Brand | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Citroen | |||
| Citroen Evasion (1994-2002) Also fits the Peugeot 406 and 806, the Fiat Ulysse and the Lancia Z, all built on the same Sevel Nord joint-venture platform. | BG8083 | B-G | Solid |
| Citroen C1 (2005 Onward), Citroen C1 Also fits the Toyota Aygo and Peugeot 107. The C1, Aygo and 107 were one joint design built at the same factory in the Czech Republic. | BG8159 | B-G | Collapsible |
| Citroen Jumper (2006-2014) Also fits the Fiat Ducato, and shares a part code with the Ferrari F430, though that is a dimensional coincidence rather than a shared platform. | BG8226 | B-G | Collapsible |

Green rows share a part code with Peugeot, Fiat, Lancia, Toyota or Ferrari models not listed in this guide.
Two older MOMO listings, both van/estate fitments, are older-format listings with no clean modern equivalent. They are genuine, currently sold parts. If your Citroen is a Peugeot underneath (the 206/207/307/1007/208 generation especially), check the Peugeot cross-reference in the table above before assuming the part is Citroen specific.
Fitting a steering wheel hub
So how does a Sparco wheel end up on a B-G hub? Because nearly every aftermarket motorsport wheel is drilled to the same bolt pattern, six bolts on a 70mm circle, written as 6 x 70mm PCD. MOMO, Sparco, OMP and the Mountney M-Range all use it. The hub is chosen by the car, the wheel is chosen by you, and the two brands never have to match.
MOMO, Sparco, OMP, Simoni Racing and the Mountney M-Range.
Nardi, Personal and Raid.

How each brand drills its hubs
The B-G Racing hubs
Seventeen B-G hubs, all solid non-collapsible and dual drilled for 6 x 70mm and 6 x 74mm. BG8083 covers the Evasion and also fits the Peugeot 406 and 806, the Fiat Ulysse and the Lancia Z, all built on the same Sevel Nord joint-venture platform. BG8159 covers the C1 and also fits the Toyota Aygo and Peugeot 107.
The MOMO and OMP hubs
Twenty-one hubs across MOMO and OMP. This is where the Peugeot crossover is strongest: MK6826R (206), MK6828R (207, 307, 1007) and MC6822 (106, 306, Partner) all fit a Peugeot equivalent as well as the Citroen listed. OMP list solid non-collapsible hubs across the mainstream range.

The buttons below link to the current range from each brand filtered by make, so they stay accurate as stock changes. If your car is not listed or you are unsure which part fits, drop a note with the model and year and we will confirm before you spend anything.

A quick release sits between the hub and the wheel and lets you pull the wheel off the column in one action. On a track-prepared Citroen that is useful for access and security. On a stripped interior it makes getting over the sill easier when the wheel is not fighting you.
All four take the same 6 x 70mm pattern as the boss kits on this page, so whichever hub you choose will work with any of these.

Pair your boss kit with a high performance steering wheel
Once the hub is sorted the wheel is your choice. The C1 and Saxo suit a smaller diameter, deeper dish wheel, while the larger models take well to a more traditional size. These are the ones I would look at first.

Every wheel we sell is drilled 6 x 70mm, so any of them will bolt to any of the hubs above. The real decision is diameter and dish, which changes how heavy the steering feels and how close the rim sits to your chest.
Final thoughts
Citroen is the clearest PSA group crossover in our whole catalogue, more so even than Fiat and Lancia. Six part codes here also cover a Peugeot outright, so if you are choosing between a Citroen guide and a Peugeot one, they are worth reading together.
If you are not sure which part fits, or the model on your car is not on the list, drop us a line with the registration. I will confirm the right kit before you order anything.
