What to think about
Decide first whether the helmet is going in this bag or in its own. A helmet needs a soft lined bag of its own if you care about the visor, and packing it loose with boots is how visors get scratched. Plenty of people run a kit bag for the soft kit and a separate helmet bag, and that is the arrangement we would suggest.
