Bell XR7 Ultra Carbon Helmet

The Bell XR7 Ultra Carbon Helmet is engineered for drivers who demand lightweight strength, aerodynamic stability and effective ventilation in open cockpit racing. Built with a premium carbon composite shell, it delivers exceptional structural integrity while keeping overall weight to a minimum, reducing fatigue during long stints and enhancing comfort at speed.

A moulded duckbill chin spoiler is integrated into the shell design to help reduce aerodynamic lift and buffeting, promoting a more stable head position in high-speed airflow. An advanced ventilation system combines chin bar intakes with adjustable crown vents, allowing you to regulate airflow and maintain a consistent internal temperature in demanding conditions.

Inside, a multi-density, multi-piece liner is designed to manage a range of impact energies while providing a secure and comfortable fit. The helmet also features a ‘Smartlock’ visor locking mechanism for reliable retention under load, paired with an optical-grade injected Double Screen Anti-Fog (DSAF) visor to help maintain clear visibility in damp or variable conditions.

Developed as the successor to the popular GP3 model, the XR7 Ultra Carbon is designed to support stable airflow management and dependable comfort in the fast-moving, turbulent air typical of open cockpit competition.
