The Bell 6/7-Series Pivot Kit (BEL2020010) contains all the hardware needed to mount or replace the visor on any of Bell’s 6-Series or 7-Series helmets. This includes the GT6 Sport, GT6 Pro, GT6 Carbon, GT6 Rally, HP6 Carbon (including EVO-II and RD Carbon variants), HP7 Carbon, RS7 Carbon, RS7 Pro, and RS7-K karting helmets. The kit covers the SE06 3mm, SE07 3mm, SE07 2mm, SE077 3mm and SE07EV 2mm visor types, so one kit handles the full range.
Four hardware colours are available: black, blue, red and silver. The colour is the pivot boss and clamping hardware only; the visor lens is purchased separately. This is useful if you want a colour match to your racing livery, or if the existing pivot has been worn or damaged and needs replacing without changing the visor.
The kit is also sold as a spare. Pivot hardware is the most frequently replaced item on a racing helmet after the visor itself: a dropped helmet or a hard pull on the visor in cold conditions can strip the boss threads. Keeping a spare kit in the toolkit is good practice for long race weekends where a warranty replacement is not an option.
