Bell’s standard Helmet Bag (BEL2120001) is a padded soft bag designed for one helmet. It measures 38 x 29 x 27cm and features a soft inner lining to cushion the shell during storage and transport. The exterior is finished with Bell branding and includes zipped side pockets for balaclava, ear seals, or other small accessories.

A trolley pass-through strap on the back slides over a wheeled bag handle, which is a practical addition when travelling to events with a full kit bag alongside the helmet. Rugged carry handles complete the carry options.

This is the entry-level Bell bag option. If you carry a HANS device alongside the helmet, the Bell Helmet and Gear Bag (BEL2120003) at the next price point is a better fit at 41 x 56 x 36cm, with a larger main compartment and impact-absorbing lining. For air travel or track days where everything goes into one bag, the Medium or Large Bell Trolley bags add hard-case helmet protection and multiple gear compartments. The standard Helmet Bag is the right choice for storage at home and straightforward transport in a car where the helmet is not mixed in with loose kit.

Will my helmet fit?
Helmet bags are cut to take any full face or open face lid in our range, peak included. If yours is unusual, ask us and we will check dimensions.

Why use a padded bag at all?
Because the expensive part of a helmet is the shell finish and the liner, and both suffer from loose transit in a boot. A padded bag also keeps the visor from being scratched by everything else in your kit.
