What is in this one
First-S race suit in sizes 44, 46, 48 and 50. First race boots in UK4 to UK7, which is EU37 to EU41. First racing gloves in XS and S.
It is the same bundle as the medium and the large. The kit is identical; only the size band differs, and we split them so you land on the one that actually fits rather than wading through every size.
Why this band is the one that needs care
Racewear is cut for an average adult male frame and it runs large at the bottom of the range. Smaller drivers, women and juniors moving up from karting routinely find a size 44 suit still loose through the shoulders and long in the arm, and a loose suit does not protect properly: fire protection depends on an air gap that a baggy suit turns into a chimney.
So do not order this on your usual clothing size. Send us your height, chest, waist and inside leg, and your normal shoe size, and we will work through it with you properly.
FIA and SFI together
Suit, boots and gloves are all FIA 8856-2018, so the whole set satisfies scrutineering together. That is the point of buying it as a bundle rather than assembling one and getting caught out by a single item.
All three also carry SFI: the suit to SFI 3.2A/5 and the boots and gloves to SFI 3.3/5. So the set works under American regulations and in mixed regulation series as well, which is worth knowing if you ever compete outside Europe or in a championship that accepts either.
You will still need underwear, a balaclava and socks to the same standard, plus a helmet. Ask us and we will complete the set.

Can I mix sizes across the items?
Yes. Each part of the bundle is picked in its own size when you order, so a large suit with medium gloves and size 44 boots is no problem. If any combination shows as unavailable, ask us and we will sort it.
Is everything in the bundle homologated?
Each item carries its own approval, shown in the specification above, and it is the individual labels a scrutineer checks, exactly as if you had bought the pieces separately. If your championship has specific requirements, tell us which series you run in and we will confirm the whole bundle passes.
Can I swap an item in the package?
Usually, yes. If you want a different colour, model, or spec for one of the pieces, get in touch before ordering and we will quote the bundle with the swap, so you keep the package saving where we can give it.
Is a bundle the right way to buy my first kit?
