This is the headset for when you are not wearing a helmet. Rally road sections, recce, testing, and any event where helmets are not required but you and your co-driver still need to hear each other. Trying to run a conversation over engine noise without an intercom is how notes get missed.
It is also the headset most teams end up buying second, having realised that the helmet kit is unusable on the road sections that make up most of the day.
Connectors
Available with either a male or a female Nexus connector, chosen at the top of the page. Pick the one that mates with what you already have, which means looking at the free end of the lead you are plugging into rather than at the socket you want to end up in.
It works with the Sparco IS series amplifiers. Tell us which one you run and we will confirm the connector before you order.
Worth knowing
A practice headset is not a substitute for helmet kit in competition. It is the other half of a rally setup rather than a cheaper version of it.
