The Stilo AC0204.2 is a Nexus 4-way male adaptor lead used when connecting the DG-20 Raid intercom amplifier to helmets whose ear cup cabling terminates with a connector that does not mate directly with the Raid’s female ports. The part number is Stilo’s designation for this specific cable in the Nexus connector accessory range.

The DG-20 Raid has female connectors built into the amplifier casing rather than the male output of the standard DG-20. Whether you need the AC0204.2 depends on your helmet ear cup termination: if the ear cup cable ends in a Nexus 4-way female connector, the AC0204.2 is required to complete the connection. If it already ends in a Nexus 4-way male, the direct fit works without the adaptor.

For the DG-20 Raid itself, see the separate DG-20 Raid listing. If you are unsure of your helmet’s connector type, contact us with your helmet’s part number and we can confirm whether the AC0204.2 is needed for your combination before you purchase. If you need to confirm lead time or a specific size before ordering, drop us an email or click to open a chat and we can check availability.

Is this the right lead for my setup?
Leads and adaptors are specific to the amplifier and helmet kit they join, and the plugs are not interchangeable between systems. Tell us which amplifier and helmets you run and we will confirm this is the right part before you order.

My intercom crackles or cuts out. Is a new lead the fix?
Often, yes. Leads live a hard life being trodden on and trapped in doors, and a damaged lead is the most common cause of noise or dropouts. If a replacement does not cure it, talk to us before replacing the amplifier, as it may be a connector or helmet-kit fault instead.
