The Stilo pit crew headset connects on one end using a standard headset socket and on the other using a radio-specific plug. The radio end is where compatibility matters: Motorola, Kenwood, ICOM and Vertex transceivers each use different pin configurations and locking formats, so the cable you need is determined by which radio your team uses at the pit wall.
