The Stilo Top Air System Kit routes ducted fresh air from outside the shell into the interior of an ST5 or ST6 full-face helmet, providing a supply of cool air during race conditions where cockpit heat or carbon dioxide buildup is a concern. Part number YA08. The kit is available in two shell sizes: Small, which covers XS to L in the ST5 and ST6 sizing (54cm to approximately 59cm), and Large, which covers L to XXL (60cm to 64cm).
Three intake connector options are available to match the fitting in your car: large oval at 36 by 25 millimetres, small round at 20 millimetres diameter, and a modular option for non-standard setups. The intake attaches to the top of the helmet and can be adjusted to direct flow toward the forehead for cooling or toward the nose for a fresh air supply. An adjustable version and a non-adjustable version are both listed.
Attachment uses a dedicated adhesive tape system. The tape is replaceable when worn; replacement rolls are available separately. Nothing is permanently modified on the helmet. The unit can be removed and refitted as needed when switching between cars or events.
