The ZeroNoise Brave intercom amplifier is one of the most cost-effective analog amplifiers on the market. It benefits from advanced noise filtering and anti-shock, anti-vibration housing protection. The unit is compatible with all ZeroNoise helmets and practice headsets, along with all Peltor compatible components from Bell Helmets, Peltor, Sparco, OMP, Turn One, or Stilo with the necessary adaptors. Includes an integral mounting bracket for roll cage or dashboard mounting, with a central volume control knob, offering a clean and powerful sound output, with no ‘pop’ when connecting or disconnecting headsets. It can be powered via an internal 9v battery or by using the 12v power cable to connect it directly to the vehicle’s battery. It also features 6.35mm connectors and a car camera RCA socket for audio output, with a bright on/off LED indicator.

Will it work with my helmets?
Your helmets need to be intercom-wired, either factory intercom-ready or fitted with a headset kit, and the connectors must match the amplifier system. Tell us which helmets you have and we will spec the exact leads or kits to make this work, in one go.
What do I need for a complete working setup?
An amplifier like this one, a wired kit in each helmet, and the leads that join them. If you are starting from nothing, send us your helmet models and whether you want music, phone, or radio in the mix, and we will quote the full setup rather than leaving you to guess at parts.
Is it loud enough for a race car?
These systems are designed around exactly that problem: a straight-cut gearbox and open exhaust are why sound-deadened headsets and speech-focused amplification exist. Set microphone placement right against the lips and you will hold a conversation at full noise. If your car is unusually loud, ask us about the higher-output units.
