This is the replacement visor for Bell’s KC7-CMR and KC7 CMR Carbon kart helmets, supplied in 2mm thickness (part number BEL2010080). The KC7 range uses its own visor mounting system, the SE07 2mm, which is not interchangeable with the 3mm SE07 visors used on the adult RS7-K and HP7 helmets. Before ordering, confirm that your helmet is from the KC7 range: fitting the wrong visor system can prevent the pivot from locking correctly.
The DSAF (double screen anti-fog) construction bonds an inner anti-fog lens to the outer shell using an injected optical-grade process. There is no chemical coating to wear off with wiping, which makes the DSAF more durable than a single-pane visor treated with an anti-fog spray.
Twelve colour options are available: clear, light smoke, dark smoke, yellow, red mirror, blue mirror, gold mirror, silver mirror, iridium mirror, red multi-layer, blue multi-layer and green multi-layer. Mirror tints give the strongest sun protection; multi-layer coatings offer a balance of light management and colour rendering. For kart racing in variable British weather, a light smoke or a separate clear alongside a tinted option covers most conditions.
This visor fits the KC7-CMR standard (composite shell, CMR-2016) and the KC7 CMR Carbon (full carbon shell). It does not fit the KC7-EV range, which uses a different, wider aperture. If you own a KC7-EV, ask us and we will match you to the correct replacement.
