Cheek pads are a consumable. They compress with use and they absorb sweat, and after a couple of seasons the helmet that used to grip your face is moving on your head. That is a safety issue rather than a comfort one: a loose helmet moves under load and does less than it should in an impact.
Replacing the pads is a great deal cheaper than replacing the helmet, and it brings the fit back to where it started.
Sizing
The pads are sized to the helmet shell, from XS at 53 to 54cm through to XXL at 62cm, with ML at 59cm. Order the size that matches the helmet, not the size you think your head is.

The other use for these
You can also use pad thickness to fine tune fit. If your helmet is a size that is nearly right but slightly loose in the cheeks, fresh pads will take up some of that. If it is loose all over, the shell is the wrong size and pads will not fix it, so tell us what you are trying to solve and we will be straight with you about whether pads are the answer.
Check the pads are for a Stealth RF before ordering. Helmet padding is not interchangeable between models.
