An air intake vent for Stilo ST5 and ST6 helmets, part number SLOYA0822.
The vent fits over one of the helmet’s existing ventilation channels and increases the airflow passing through the shell. It attaches with adhesive tape and can be removed and refitted without leaving permanent marks on the helmet. The finish is clear.
This is the standard height intake in the Stilo accessory range. The alternative is the low-profile version (SLOYA0861), which sits flatter on the shell and draws slightly less air. The standard intake is the higher-volume option and makes the most difference in slow or stop-start racing where low airspeed over the helmet limits how much the natural ventilation can work. At speed, both vents provide a worthwhile improvement over no intake fitted.
Both the ST5 and ST6 are compatible with this vent, but the channel positions differ slightly between the two generations. The standard intake covers the common mounting geometry shared between them. Check the vent’s alignment against the ventilation channel before committing to the adhesive, as repositioning once bonded is awkward.
