The DG-30 Evo (part AB0606) is the top of Stilo’s intercom range. The defining feature over everything below it is a dual-circuit architecture: full digital processing runs alongside an analogue backup, and if the digital channel encounters interference or signal loss, the analogue circuit activates automatically without requiring any action from the crew.

The SDA (Super Dynamic Attenuation) filter offers three selectable noise attenuation levels, allowing the crew to match the filter to the specific noise environment of their car at different speeds and stages rather than running a fixed level. A GSM module handles car-to-service communication where wireless capability is in use. Bluetooth is included for phone and external audio.

The DG-30 Evo suits top-level teams in stage rally, endurance racing, and circuit championships where communication reliability takes priority over cost. The dual-circuit architecture is what separates it from the DG-20 family. For competitors where redundancy is not required, the DG-20 handles most noise environments at substantially lower cost.
