The DG-20 (part AB0800) replaces the DG-10, adding a dual-filter digital circuit, Bluetooth and USB-C firmware updates. The two filters handle different frequency bands of cockpit noise, which means the DG-20 manages a broader range of interference sources than the single-filter DG-10 without manual adjustment.

USB-C update capability is practical for keeping the intercom current with Stilo firmware releases. Updates have historically addressed noise profiles and connectivity improvements as new car types are introduced into use. Bluetooth pairing for phone audio is included alongside the core intercom function.

The DG-20 is Stilo’s standard recommendation for circuit and rally drivers who want digital processing with dual filtering. The DG-20 Raid is the variant built for off-road and rally vehicles with modified connector routing; it omits Bluetooth. The DG-30 Evo adds an analogue backup circuit and SDA filtering for teams where full communication redundancy is required. Trophy and WRC connector compatibility across the standard Stilo helmet range. Will it work with my helmets?
Your helmets need to be intercom-wired, either factory intercom-ready or fitted with a headset kit, and the connectors must match the amplifier system. Tell us which helmets you have and we will spec the exact leads or kits to make this work, in one go.

What do I need for a complete working setup?
An amplifier like this one, a wired kit in each helmet, and the leads that join them. If you are starting from nothing, send us your helmet models and whether you want music, phone, or radio in the mix, and we will quote the full setup rather than leaving you to guess at parts.

Is it loud enough for a race car?
These systems are designed around exactly that problem: a straight-cut gearbox and open exhaust are why sound-deadened headsets and speech-focused amplification exist. Set microphone placement right against the lips and you will hold a conversation at full noise. If your car is unusually loud, ask us about the higher-output units.
