The OMP Advanced Cooling Activation Spray, for use with the OMP One underwear range. Part number OMPPC020003.
What it actually does
The One range has a Dry System built into the fabric. The spray activates it. Applied to the garment before you put it on, it increases how much moisture the fabric moves and how much cooling you get from that during a session.
Without it, One underwear works as ordinary Nomex racing underwear: good protection, good breathability, but not the additional cooling the fabric is capable of.
What it will not do
It is specific to the OMP One range. It is not a general purpose cooling spray and it is not for other brands or other OMP ranges. Do not apply it to a suit, and do not apply it mid session; it goes on the garment before you dress.
It also does not affect the fire rating either way. The homologation belongs to the garment.
Buying
One bottle covers many applications, so you are not buying one per session.
It pairs with the One Long Johns and the One Evo long sleeve top. If you are buying either of those for the first time, this is the companion item, and it is the reason to choose the One range over the Tecnica in the first place.
Will this work with my kit?
It is made to work across the racewear in our range, not just its own brand. If you are pairing it with a specific suit, helmet, or device, tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit before you order.
How do I look after it?
Keep it clean and dry, wash or wipe gently where the material allows, and skip bleach and fabric softener anywhere near fire-resistant fabrics. Ask us if you are unsure about a specific material.
