A combined power and connectivity cable for the Stilo DG-30 and ST-30 DES intercom amplifiers, part number YB0301.

The DG-30 is Stilo’s top-of-range digital intercom. The ST-30 DES is the previous generation. Both units are designed with the peripheral connections as separate cables as separate cables from the main housing. This cable bundles three functions into one loom: it delivers 12V power from the car to the amplifier, provides a connection point for an onboard camera, and includes the radio connectivity wire for team or pace note radio communication.

Three connections in one loom rather than three separate cables simplifies a rally car installation significantly. A single cable routing from the amplifier to the power feed and the peripherals means fewer individual cable runs to manage inside a roll cage, and fewer separate connectors to check if communication drops during a stage.

This cable is a required part of any DG-30 or ST-30 DES installation. The amplifier does not include it as standard. If you are building a complete DG-30 system, you will also need the helmet connecting cable (YB0600.2) and the amplifier itself; all three are ordered separately.

Is this the right lead for my setup?
Leads and adaptors are specific to the amplifier and helmet kit they join, and the plugs are not interchangeable between systems. Tell us which amplifier and helmets you run and we will confirm this is the right part before you order.

My intercom crackles or cuts out. Is a new lead the fix?
Often, yes. Leads live a hard life being trodden on and trapped in doors, and a damaged lead is the most common cause of noise or dropouts. If a replacement does not cure it, talk to us before replacing the amplifier, as it may be a connector or helmet-kit fault instead.

Much of the Stilo helmet range is built rather than stocked, and those orders can run past 20 days.
