A visor sun strip sticker for the Stilo ST6 helmet visor, part number SLOYA0932. For the standard ST6; the ABP variant uses SLOYA0932ABP.
The sun strip is a self-adhesive film that runs across the top section of the visor, cutting glare without darkening the lower field of view. It comes in black, the standard choice, with Stilo’s logo at each end. The strip can be trimmed with scissors before applying to match the exact width of the visor’s tinted top section; holding it in position first to check the length before committing to the backing tape is the best approach.
The visor’s curve means the correct trimmed length varies slightly between helmet sizes. Cut it slightly wide on the first pass, check the fit, then trim to the exact length that sits flush at both ends of the visor. Apply from the centre outward with light pressure, using a straight edge to work out any air bubbles.
Replace it when you replace the visor rather than removing the old strip and fitting it to a fresh surface; removal nearly always transfers adhesive residue to the new visor.
Sold as a single strip.
