The BG4922 is B-G Racing’s adjustable steering wheel spacer. It sets the wheel between 45mm and 70mm closer to the driver, and the depth can be changed after fitting without removing the boss kit.
The practical case for an adjustable spacer is straightforward: if you are setting up a car for the first time or sharing it between drivers with noticeably different arm lengths, you can find the right position by feel and lock it there, rather than ordering one fixed spacer, deciding it is not quite right, and ordering another. The unit covers both 6x70mm and 6x74mm PCD bolt patterns and fits between the steering wheel and the existing boss kit without welding.
Made from aluminium with a black anodised finish and a laser etched B-G logo. Weight is 520g. That is heavier than a fixed spacer at the same depth, which is the tradeoff for the adjustment range. The laser etching picks up the B-G logo cleanly and the unit looks properly finished, not like an afterthought.
If you already know the depth you want, the B-G six-bolt alloy spacer range covers fixed depths from 10mm to 120mm at lower weight for the same PCD patterns. The BG4922 is the one to choose when the position genuinely needs to stay adjustable.
