The DG WL-10 is the wireless version of Stilo’s DG-10 digital intercom, designed to remove the cable between the amplifier box and the helmet. Part number SLOAB0520. The wireless connection depends on a WL Key accessory, which plugs into the side port of a compatible helmet; WL Keys are sold separately and are not included with the amplifier. Compatible helmets are the Venti WRC and ST5 R WL variants. Earlier or non-WL-designated Stilo helmets do not have the WL port and will not work wirelessly with this unit.

The amplifier runs from the vehicle’s 12V supply. Digital active noise cancellation operates on both crew members’ audio with four selectable intensity levels, and there are separate volume controls for driver and co-driver. Two modes are pre-set: road mode enables the integrated Bluetooth for phone and device pairing, and stage mode disables Bluetooth to prevent incoming call interruptions during a timed section. Three equalisation settings allow the audio profile to be adjusted for different noise environments.

Two RCA connections accept an external radio adaptor cable for two-way radio integration and a camera connection for recording audio and footage. Both accessories are sold separately. The audio quality and digital processing is the same as the wired DG-10; only the helmet connection is wireless.

If you are running helmets without WL ports and want the same digital noise processing via cable, the wired DG-20 is the one to look at. The WL-10 is the practical choice when the amplifier-to-helmet cable is a problem in your car, or when quick helmet removal at service makes wireless operation worthwhile.

Which Stilo helmets does this intercom work with?
It works with the Venti4 Trophy Plus, Venti WRC, Venti4 WRC, Venti WRX and ST6 Rally. For the earlier WRC DES helmets, ask us before you buy. Each helmet needs a WL Key fitted, sold separately. Our Stilo helmet and intercom compatibility guide shows every pairing.

Will it work with my helmets?
Your helmets need to be intercom-wired, either factory intercom-ready or fitted with a headset kit, and the connectors must match the amplifier system. Tell us which helmets you have and we will spec the exact leads or kits to make this work, in one go.

What do I need for a complete working setup?
An amplifier like this one, a wired kit in each helmet, and the leads that join them. If you are starting from nothing, send us your helmet models and whether you want music, phone, or radio in the mix, and we will quote the full setup rather than leaving you to guess at parts.

Is it loud enough for a race car?
These systems are designed around exactly that problem: a straight-cut gearbox and open exhaust are why sound-deadened headsets and speech-focused amplification exist. Set microphone placement right against the lips and you will hold a conversation at full noise. If your car is unusually loud, ask us about the higher-output units.
