The 2025 Stilo ST6 Rally helmet introduces a range of improvements, enhancing comfort, weight, visibility, and, most importantly, safety, while building on the legacy of its predecessors.
Crafted from the lightweight Stilo ST6 8859 carbon shell, this helmet reflects years of motorsport and rallying expertise. Its updated visor aperture now features a lower cut at the bottom, improving visibility for both drivers and co-drivers by providing a clearer view of dashboards, pace-notes, and controls. Advanced ventilation systems integrated into the chin bar and top shell ensure optimal airflow, reducing heat, and perspiration for a cooler, more comfortable experience.
Internally, the ST6 Rally helmet has been significantly refined. The padding has been re-engineered to accommodate optional quick-release integrated drink systems, radio cable routing, and cold air systems. The completely redesigned interior lining offers improved interlocking around the cheek and chin areas, providing greater comfort and usability. Additionally, the introduction of a new medium-sized shell, suited for head sizes 59-61cm, ensures a better fit for a broader range of users.
Every ST6 Rally helmet is equipped with Stilo WRC electronics, including an adjustable microphone and rally ear cups, and features a female Stilo Nexus connector compatible with both wired and wireless Stilo WRC intercom systems.
